When can I expect my order?
Our standard delivery time is 7–14 business days, while priority delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Please note that these timeframes exclude a 1–3 business day processing window.
Where do you ship from and what are the tax implications?
We are a Malaysian-owned company, and we fulfill orders from our international logistics hubs to serve customers worldwide. All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning any local import duties or regulatory fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number. You can monitor your delivery’s progress directly through our website’s "Track Your Order" portal using your order number and email address.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item to our warehouse
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at info@inspova.com within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to change it for you, but we can’t guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
