Shipping Destinations
Currently, we provide international shipping to the following regions:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Oceania: Australia
- Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Norway, Sweden
Note: We are constantly evaluating our logistics to expand our shipping areas in the future.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.
Note: As of 2026, most EU regions apply a standard regulatory fee for international imports. Payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs.
Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Inspova is not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, any re-delivery fees will be borne by the customer.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday), depending on current order volume.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 10:00 PM (GMT+8).
- Weekend Policy: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.
Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two tiers of delivery services:
- Standard Delivery: 7 to 14 business days.
- Priority Delivery: 5 to 10 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual arrival may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and the carrier’s name. You may track your package directly through our website’s "Track Your Order" portal.
Missing or Incorrect Items
- Reporting Period: In the event of a missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@inspova.com.
- Resolution: We will investigate immediately and provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Inspova is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
